The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

Say Academy may refund for some transactions/purchases, depending on the applicable refund policy for the selected program/course. Any refund towards partly or fully paid program/course fee shall be at all times SUBJECT TO DEDUCTION OF APPLICABLE COSTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO APPLICATION FEES, ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES, MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL CHARGES ETC.

Any registration amount paid by the candidate to lock fee offers is completely non-refundable. Any payment provided by the candidate for individual training or for groups/ company/ corporate training is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Say Academy will not provide any refunds if candidates pay the registration amount and change their decision to opt out of the course due to any reason whatsoever.

The policy of fee refund or seat replacement is strictly according to the above mentioned terms and is not negotiable under any circumstances.

Say Academy reserves the right to modify and amend the refund policy/ies at its sole discretion. All disputes regarding this policy shall be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
